Now Hiring! Affordable Housing Property Manager

This new position will manage a growing portfolio of affordable rental housing, beginning with a handful of properties and expected to grow substantially over the next several years. Responsibilities include leasing, resident relations, income qualification and affordable-housing compliance, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and support for LLCRHA’s Deed Stewardship Program.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with people, and interested in building a career in affordable housing. Previous affordable-housing or property-management experience is welcome but not required. We are also interested in candidates with transferable experience in administrative, financial, compliance, legal, housing, customer-service, or other detail-intensive work. LLCRHA will provide substantial specialized training and a defined professional-development pathway.

Salary: $58,000–$63,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
